Get a knowledge item (with full text)

Create a knowledge item POST

Creates a new knowledge item and asynchronously embeds its text for retrieval. `sync_status.state` follows the lifecycle:

Every update currently re-indexes the item, including changes limited to `name`, `group_id`, or `active`. `sync_status.state` resets to `pending` and follows the same lifecycle as a fresh create:
