Create a pronunciation item POST

Creates a new pronunciation item inside a pronunciations-type group. The referenced `group_id` must belong to your organization and have `type: pronunciations`.

Update a pronunciation item PATCH

Partial update — only included fields are changed. `group_id` cannot be changed via this endpoint; create a new pronunciation item in the target group instead.
