List tools
Returns the organization's custom tools, ordered by created_at DESC.
Auth configuration is summarized - the stored secret value is never
returned; auth.has_secret indicates whether a credential is set.

Query Parameters
Opaque cursor from a prior meta.next_cursor. Base64url-encoded
(unpadded) - do not parse or construct it manually. A value that is not
base64url is rejected with validation_failed, and so is a
/phone-numbers cursor without a phone number; any other value that does
not decode to a list position (a timestamp and a row id) restarts at the
first page.

Deletes a calendar. Fails with `409 conflict` if the calendar is still assigned to one or more assistants or a website widget's availability uses it - unlink it from every assistant first (via the Assistants endpoint) and from the widget in the dashboard, then retry. Also returns 409 while the organization is busy with a conflicting change such as its deletion.
Create a tool POST
Creates a new webhook-type tool. `tool_key` must be unique within your organization; reuse returns 409. Submit auth secrets on create or PATCH to set or rotate them.
